A:  If you are healthy and have healthy joints, then there is nothing stopping you from achieving your goal.  Now you may have to train smart and recover a bit better, as you might not recover like you used to, but with the right structure and smart training anything is achievable.

Q:  I am 12 years old or I am a novice at jumping or training in general.  Will this program be too hard for me?
